What’s my goal? To be an advocate of positive change in the lives of those around me. We have all heard the phrase, “Abs are made in the kitchen.” Well so is so much more. Health, happiness, freedom, convenience, creativity, passion, and love. I am here to fuse all of these aspects together to create healthy, fun, and exciting meals that will provide convenience, nutrition, and break the stigma that healthy has to be boring. If we are what we eat, why not eat food designed with love, prepared with passion, and that gives you the freedom to live your best life?

Keeper of consistency, expert of efficiency, knight of knife skills, and secretly a ninja;  Sean exerts his vast culinary experience to ensuring and maintaining standards across the board as well as keeping the roof on the building.  Having ran kitchens from Dallas to Austin, he brings his skill set to keep the elevated standards of PDC ensuring our clients receive quality, consistency, and the full flavors they deserve.
